I love this vet hospital. The staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. They often go the extra mile to make my life easier in a range of small ways, and this is something I value immensely.

The grounds and facilities are beautifully-kept, well-planned and welcoming to both pets and their owners - large parking spaces, a grassed area for running dogs and specialised cat rooms are just some examples of this.

Most of all, I trust the team implicitly with the lives of my two furbabies, whom I have had for almost 12 years now. I have an Animal Science degree and have spent time as a vet nurse, so I do not give such praise lightly. My furbabies are everything to me.

Took my Malamute in last night after he thought it would be a great idea to eat a dog biscuit and the snap lock bag it was in.


The ladies working the reception desk were brilliant, very friendly and loved having a chat about my boy.


Dr Hugo was so kind, spent time cuddling my boy and making sure he was comfortable before taking him out back to make him throw it all up. Even checked to make sure it was ok to shave his leg.

Amazing service, and very well priced for an after hours service.

I had to bring my kitty Steve in yesterday. The vet nurse on the front counter was BRILLIANT (I think her name was Kylie). So warm and supportive through the bad news.

Dr Neal was so patient and kind. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even waited while I said my goodbyes.

This was the most recent of many visits and I've always been very impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the staff, in the barn, emergency and regular practice.

Fantastic vet surgery and by far the best I've dealt with. Thank you!

I'd just like to thank Baldivis vet! This week I had to take my beautiful cat Molly to be euthanised and everyone I spoke to at Baldivis vet were amazing and incredibly sympathetic. Despite being fully booked they managed to fit me in, for which I am so grateful. Everyone at the clinic were so compassionate and I can't thank you all enough.

I recently had to have my beautiful faithful cat "Shakira" put to sleep, my heart was broken, after 12 years of love and companionship her time had come. 
I can not praise the staff enough.


A young lady by the name of Kylie was so caring and compassionate, I wanted to tell her you are in the right career you made an awful situation bearable. Thank you .


The Vet was really nice too he was so gentle and caring, I was able to cradle her in my arms and love her while she peacefully drifted off. Thank you for making our last moments loving.

After moving to baldivis recently from mandurah with our 5 rats we were nervous about trying a new vet clinic.

I have been completely blown away with the amount of knowledge, compassion and thoughtfulness the vets at baldivis have shown towards our little fur babies. We have seen several vets at the hospital and all have been not only incredible vets but incredible people.

Also a mention to the vet nurses that run the front reception, beautiful people who treat every animal like they are the most important being in the room. Thank you

We are so impressed. Even if our outcomes were different we would still know that she is in the best hands. Two snake bites in 4 months. The first she had stopped breathing on the way. The second was not as bad but still very scary.
